Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
If you're visiting Ballard House for a meeting please sign in at the main reception desk and a member of staff will come to meet you. Meetings are by appointment only.
Visitor car parking is available but spaces are very limited.
Children’s Services
The Children’s Services team are based at Ballard House and there is a separate reception for visitors to the Children’s Services team at the right of the building, next to the car park.
This is open Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 5pm, and Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
The building has wheelchair access. The closest public car parks are Martin Street or Brunel Way, or there is paid-for parking along West Hoe Road. There is also a Beryl e-bike hub located at Ballard House.
